Seasons by The Kashmir Company exists for a single idea: that the finest embroidery in the world deserves to be presented the way museums present art — one piece, one story, one owner.

Every piece we sell is hand embroidered in the Kashmir Valley by artisan families whose techniques pass from parent to child. A single shawl is woven, embroidered, sewn, dyed, washed, and sun-dried entirely by hand. Nothing is mass-produced. Most pieces take months on the loom and needle; the greatest take years.

Because each is made by hand, no two are alike — and each exists exactly once. When a piece sells, it is gone. That is not a marketing line; it is the nature of the craft, and it is why the people who own our work tend to keep it, and pass it down.
